We accept Zelle, CashApp, Bitcoins, Apple Pay, Western Union, Moneygram and Bank Transfer for big orders from 100 packs plus.

Please note, payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. Some credit card companies allocate the amount on your account as soon as you have placed the order. But the money is only “pending” and not “withdrawn” from your account.

We unfortunately don’t accept PayPal.

Please contact us regarding bank transfers. A handling fee will be added when paying via bank.

*Promotion codes can only be added to online orders.

Payment security

The system will recognize whether or not the credit card is registered on the 3-D security programs Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.

These are security systems that have been developed to ensure that the registered card holder and the registered online retailer are involved in the transaction. If you are a member of the 3-D Secure Program, a pop-up window will appear on your screen asking you to enter your password when making a purchase online. This window is linked to your bank and requires you to enter your SecureCode (a password that you have previously selected). Transactions can only be made by entering the correct password.

Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode

Once you have registered and created your own private password with your card issuer, you will be automatically prompted at checkout to provide this password each time you make a purchase. This means that even if someone knows your debit card number, they will be unable to complete a purchase without your private password.

Please note: Your MasterCard® SecureCode password is not your Direct Derma Supplies account password. Direct Derma Supplies does not have access to your MasterCard® SecureCode password.

Refund

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 29 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Contact your bank if you need to speed up the process.
